Mr. XU graduated from Southeast University in Computer Science and achieved a Master of Accounting from the Research Institute for Fiscal Science, Ministry of Finance and an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from China Europe International Business School. He is a Government Special Allowance Expert awarded by the State Council.
Mr. XU was a member of the Standing Committee of Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress, a member of the Ninth Central Committee of China Democratic National Construction Association, a member of the Accounting and Information Technology Commission of the Ministry of Finance, and vice chairman of China Siyuan Foundation. He has received the "World Indigenous Entrepreneur Award of the United Nations," "Outstanding Leader of China's Information Industry," and "Top 30 Contributors to the Economy of Shenzhen in the 3 Decades of Reform and Open-Door Policy."
As co-founder of The China Management Model 50+ Forum (C50+), Mr. XU is committed to accelerating Chinese enterprises' management upgrade.
Executive director of the Group, CFO
Mr. LIN obtained a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Xiamen University. After joining the Company in 1997, he has served as the general manager of the Company in the Fujian Province Region, the general manager of the Operation Management Department and the director of the Strategic Development Department of the Group. Mr. LIN has extensive experience in strategic planning, marketing management and financial management, and was awarded one of the "Top 10 CFOs in China of the year 2018."

Ms. DONG is the chairman of the board and president of Gree Electric Appliances, Inc. of Zhuhai (stock code: SZ000651), listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. She has been awarded the "National May Day Labor Prize" and was elected a member of the 10th–13th National People's Congress, a member of the Central Committee of the China National Democratic Construction Association, and a member of the 10th–12th Executive Committee of the All-China Women's Federation. The Regional Sales Model she developed was commended as an "Excellent Achievement of Modernizing Enterprises' Management of Guangdong Province," and she was granted CCTV's China's Economic Figures of the Year awards (2010, 2013).

Mr. Biddle is the Professor of Financial Accounting at the University of Melbourne and a visiting professor at Columbia University, the University of Hong Kong ("HKU") and London Business School. He earned his MBA and PhD at the University of Chicago and has been a professor at the University of Chicago, University of Washington, HKUST and HKU, and a visiting professor at CEIBS, Fudan University, University of Glasgow, IMD and Skolkovo Business School.
He served as Dean and Chair Professor at HKU, and as Academic Dean, Department Head, Council member and Chair Professor at HKUST. He is a member of the AICPA, Australian Institute of Company Directors, CPA Australia and HKICPA, and of the American Accounting Association Executive Board. Mr. Biddle is a leading expert in financial and management accounting, value creation, economic forecasting, corporate governance and performance metrics.

Mr. Zhou Jun Xiang obtained a bachelor's degree in computer science from Wuhan University in 1986 and a master's degree in accounting from the Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences of the Ministry of Finance in 1989. He holds the certificates of Chinese Certified Public Accountant and Chinese Certified Asset Appraiser. He is a Senior Partner of Dahua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership), and served as a Partner of BDO China Shu Lun Pan Certified Public Accountants LLP from 2011 to 2019. He is also a member of the Expert Group and Review Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal Government Guidance Fund, Stable Fund and Angel FOF.

Mr. Bo obtained a PhD in Management from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2006. He served as chief accountant of Shenzhen Airlines (1993–2000); as vice president, president and executive director of TCL Technology Group (000100) from 2000 to 2018; and as executive director, CEO and chairman of TCL Electronics Holdings (01070) from 2010 to 2018. He was general manager and director of Appotronics (688007) from 2018 to 2022.
Mr. Bo is a representative of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress, a professor of the National School of Development of Peking University, a distinguished professor of management practice of the HSBC Business School of Peking University, and a member of the Federation of Shenzhen Commerce. He was awarded the seventh "Shenzhen Businessman of the Year 2015."
Independent non-executive director of the Group
Ms. Katherine Rong Xin received a master's degree in applied linguistics from the Graduate University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1986, and an MBA from California State University in 1991. She obtained a doctorate in business administration from the University of California in 1995.
She has been a professor of management since 2001 at the China Europe International Business School, and previously taught at the University of Southern California (1995–1999), HKUST (1999–2001) and IMD, Lausanne (2006–2009). She was named among the Chinese Most Cited Researchers by Elsevier for seven consecutive years from 2014 to 2020.
President of Kingdee Group
Mr. ZHANG graduated from China Europe International Business School. After joining the Company in 1995, he served as General Manager of the Shanghai Branch and General Manager of the East China Region, with rich experience in marketing and team management.
Mr. ZHANG is one of the "Second Session IT Youth Top Ten New Talents in Shanghai," the "Fifth Session Top Ten Outstanding Youth in Putuo District," and the "2008 Shanghai Information Service Industry Leaders." He was a member of the Standing Committee of the 12th CPPCC in Putuo District, Shanghai, and vice president of the Shanghai Informatization Youth Talent Association.
