Green Building

Kingdee Cloud Building has received the LEED Platinum Pre-certification and the China Green Building Three-Star Certification.

Kingdee International actively supports the national “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” strategy. From its initial design, our new headquarters building—“Kingdee Cloud Building”—integrated the principles of technology, efficiency, green, health, and sharing. By using eco-friendly materials, energy-saving technologies and products, and resource-efficiency practices, we minimized the environmental impact throughout the construction and operation stages to create an eco-friendly office environment.

Energy-Saving Ecological Curtain Wall: The Kingdee Cloud Building's entire 53,451 m² exterior curtain wall uses triple-silver LOW-E insulated glass with a visible light transmittance of approximately 95%. The customized “K”-shaped perforated pattern reduces surface reflectivity, aligning with bird vision to prevent collisions and minimize urban light pollution. Combined with inward-opening windows, it creates a natural ventilation path, allowing fresh sea breezes from Shenzhen Bay to enter even without central air conditioning — a “breathing building” with a natural ventilation rate of 31 m³/hour/person.

Energy-Efficient Elevator System: 20 imported high-speed Schindler (Switzerland) elevators with contactless technology. The longest waiting time is about 27.5 seconds, with a 30% reduction in wait time during peak hours.

Energy-Saving Air Conditioning System: Intelligent CLIMAVENETA magnetic-suspension chillers with coarse/medium filtration and electrostatic purification. Under ECO mode, potential energy savings reach 29%, exceeding Guangdong's top-tier efficiency standard.

Lighting Energy Strategies: Public-area lighting is controlled by zoning, timers and motion sensors, with well-lit areas operating independently from other zones.

Smart Resource Management: An IoT platform enables smart management of building energy and water resources, with real-time monitoring.

Sky Garden: A 2,000 m² open vertical ecological garden—Kingdee Park—built within four-story-high open spaces, regulating building temperature and injecting ecological vitality into the office environment.

We regularly publish content about energy and water conservation, and waste reduction on our internal publications, bulletin boards, and social media accounts.

Ongoing Environmental Campaigns

Through internal publications, bulletin boards and official WeChat accounts, we regularly release promotional information on energy conservation, water saving and waste reduction. During the reporting period we released a series of articles and posters such as the “Civic Convention”, “Earth Hour Campaign”, “Energy Conservation and Cost Reduction”, and “Low-Carbon Action by You and Me”, and launched the group-wide event “Keep Green in Motion: ESG in Action”.

Regular Environmental Training

We regularly organize environmental training for all employees, covering local legal and regulatory requirements, Group environmental policies and systems, energy-saving specifications for office equipment, waste-sorting standards, paperless office practices and low-carbon commuting guidelines. During the reporting period, employee training on environmental protection and energy conservation achieved 100% coverage.

Leveraging AI technology and carbon management solutions, we offer intelligent scrap-steel classification services to help the steel sector shift into the circular economy model and enhance ESG performance.

Case: Kingdee Empowers HBIS to Enhance ESG Performance

As a strategic partner of HBIS Digital Technology, Kingdee has empowered ESG performance improvement in the steel industry through a dual-engine approach of AI technology and carbon management solutions:

Intelligent Scrap Steel Quality Inspection System: Kingdee assisted HBIS in building the industry's first high-quality scrap-steel image database with over 100,000 standard images. The recognition rate for medium and heavy scrap-steel types exceeds 90%, and over 85% for light and thin types, enabling full transparency, traceability and review in the inspection process, supporting HBIS in reducing pollutants and CO&sub2; emissions.

Carbon Market Capacity Building: Kingdee collaborated with HBIS to formulate the National Carbon Trading Simulation Plan, carried out carbon-trading simulation exercises, and helped emission-controlled enterprises establish a Monitoring-Reporting-Verification (MRV) system in advance, cultivating low-carbon professionals and enhancing HBIS's leadership in carbon asset management.

We have established a comprehensive and efficient three-tier ESG management framework to systematically promote our sustainability programs, with clear responsibilities at all levels: oversight and planning by the Board of Directors and its Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee, management-driven coordination, and operational implementation. In 2024, we further strengthened our management responsibilities in response to climate change by integrating a low-carbon transition into the core agenda of our business development.

Business ethics

Business Ethics Management System

We integrate business ethics risks into our overall risk management system. The Board of Directors holds ultimate responsibility for business ethics management and serves as the highest level of oversight.

We have established key internal policies, including the Kingdee Group Labor Employment and Ethical Conduct Guidelines, Kingdee Disciplinary Regulations, Kingdee Ecological Partners Violation Punishment Management Measures, and Special Matters Reporting and Handling Guidelines — setting clear standards for anti-corruption and anti-bribery, trade-secret protection, conflict-of-interest management, anti-monopoly, anti-money-laundering, insider trading and charitable donations. We regularly review and update these policies in line with evolving laws and business practices.

Kingdee Code of Conduct

Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery: Any form of corruption and bribery is prohibited; employees at all levels are strictly prohibited from offering, paying, soliciting or accepting any bribes, kickbacks, gifts or other benefits.

Protection of Trade Secrets: The Group's trade secrets and sensitive information shall be strictly protected; any actions that may compromise information security are prohibited.

Conflict of Interest: Actual or potential conflicts of interest shall be avoided; employees must not allow personal relationships to influence their responsibilities, and must report any potential conflicts immediately.

Anti-Monopoly and Anti-Unfair Competition: We advocate fair competition and strictly comply with anti-monopoly and anti-unfair-competition laws in all operating regions.

Anti-Money Laundering and Insider Trading: Participation in any form of money laundering is prohibited; the use of insider information for trading is prohibited.

Regulation of Charitable Donations: All charitable donations and sponsorships must undergo a strict review process, ensuring transparency and proper record-keeping.

Supplier Integrity Management

We have formulated the Kingdee CSR Code of Conduct for Suppliers, setting comprehensive requirements in business ethics, labor rights, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection. All suppliers are required to sign the Code and the Letter of Commitment to Anti-Corruption Cooperation, ensuring compliance and transparency throughout the collaboration.
